To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us by email at support@smartpawdevices.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Additionally, your emblem code must remain unredeemed.
Once we receive your request, we will verify that the emblem code has not been used and process your refund if it meets our eligibility criteria.
If the emblem code has been redeemed or if the refund request is made after 30 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we review each request individually. We make every effort to accommodate refund requests when possible.
After we have reviewed your refund request, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
